Our Mission

Our mission as a premier provider of facility maintenance services is to ensure consistent quality performance, total employee/customer satisfaction and increase human wellness beyond the standards of our industry.

One Stop Shop

Our Back-Pack Vacuums are portable back mounted vacuums great for increasing productivity, efficiency and saving ProFi time in any facility. A chest strap ensures better weight distribution and operator comfort. This vacuum's quiet operation makes it perfect for daytime cleaning and crowded areas. To ensure ultimate air quality this machine has a four-stage vacuum filtration.

In order to avoid cross-contamination and keep sanitation levels high. We use a color coordinated microfiber rag system that helps us clean on the proper surfaces. This is crucial when cleaning areas such as restrooms, kitchens, offices, etc.

Tablet Management

Ever wanted to know exactly what is getting done in your facility? Well now you can. ProFi now sends Daily Reports to every Point of Contact. These checklists are sent in real time and can also be used for light maintenance checks in a facility. No more having to worry about items getting missed or waiting to the last minute to fix a maintenance issue. ProFi will let you know.

Customized Checklists

Every account has duties and tasks that must be completed on a daily basis. This approach is customized per account, because every facility is different in size and areas. This sheet gives our Problem Solvers a step by step plan on what areas need to be sanitized on a daily basis. It is also integrated with our tablets so our Problem Solvers have a checklist with them at all times. With our checklists you are able to guide yourself through your daily chores.

Field Supervisors

Many of our accounts require teams to perform the proper duties and services. For each team of 2 + Problem Solvers, there will be a service manager assigned. The service manger will be the on-site go to person if any question may arise. The Service Manager will check out all Problem Solvers work before they clock out. If a Problem Solver leaves without getting checked out this will automatically result in a strike. The team leader has a range of other obligations as well:

Service Managers Obligations:
  • Checks all Problem Solver’s work
  • Check out all team members assignments
  • Report any scheduling problems to management (tardiness)
  • Report any employees who do not arrive
  • Report any team Problem Solvers who leave without getting checked out
  • Make sure stock rooms are presentable and in order
  • Submit Daily checklist via- tablets
  • Know what supplies are needed
  • Relay any messages from management
  • Make sure team morale is high
  • Make sure team is working efficiently
  • Maintain Client Expectations

Account Managers

Each account will have an Account Manager to make sure our clients expectations are always being met. Instead of dealing with automated responses, each Point of Contact will have a direct number and e-mail to an assigned Account Manager. The Account manger will be the go to person if any questions, complaints or concerns may arise. The Account Manager will perform frequent check ups and is there to make sure the job gets done no matter what. We understand that communication is key and our management team is trained to respond quickly and efficiently. With ProFi every concern will be addressed.
